Graduation Speech is back with a new EP and tour dates

Hey there. It’s been a while since we’ve had any news. I took most of this year off from BN to plan a wedding and get married. I’ve also been insanely busy at my 9-5, but enough about that…

Super stoked to announce our first 2019 release! We’ll be releasing “Maintenance Required”, the new EP from Graduation Speech on Nov 8th. It’s got 5 new songs that build on the groundwork Kevin laid on his debut EP, “Quiet & Calm” in 2017. On his new EP, Kevin worked with Devin Carr (drums & percussion), Pat Pie (piano), and Brian Moss (guest vocals) to add new depth to the sound. The end result is a mature sounding record fans of The Weakerthans, Sundowner, and The New Amsterdams are sure to enjoy.

Stream “Ourselves” from the new EP right now at The Alternative, and then head over to our webstore and pre-order the EP in our webstore. We’ve also got some bundles with “Quiet & Calm” and a pre-order only long-sleeve tee.

You can catch Kevin playing songs from both his EPs in November:
